Agency Workers Regulations

In October 2012 New Agency Workers’ Regulations were introduced for temporary workers, who before now were not entitled to the usual benefits of a permanent contract. If you have been in the same role for 12 weeks are more, then the Agency Workers Regulations seek to give you the same entitlements as permanent worker.

Even before AWR was introduced we’ve always made it our priority to protect our employees and adhere to the industry rules. We currently employ workers on a full contract of employment with guaranteed hours and ensure we are fully compliant with AWR and all other industry legislation.
